Sales Executive : Commercial Solar Projects

As a Commercial Sales Executive at Ksquare Energy, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in commercial, institutional, industrial, and ground-mounted solar projects. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored solar energy solutions to meet the unique needs of commercial clients. You will play a vital role in expanding Ksquare Energy's market presence and driving business growth in the commercial solar segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to target and acquire commercial clients in various sectors, including commercial buildings, institutions, industrial facilities, and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations and develop relationships to understand their needs, requirements, and procurement processes.
2. Opportunity Identification and Pipeline Management:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the commercial solar segment.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress, and prioritizing efforts to maximize sales effectiveness and conversion rates.
3. Solution Consultation and Proposal Development:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and site evaluations to understand clients' energy requirements, space constraints, budget considerations, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and engineers to develop customized solar energy solutions and proposals that meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
4. Sales Presentation and Negotiation:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition, benefits, and ROI of Ksquare Energy's solar energy solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements and drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
5. Relationship Building and Client Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to address their solar energy needs and challenges.
- Provide ongoing support, assistance, and communication to clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solar projects to clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address technical requirements, project specifications, and customer expectations, ensuring successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
7. Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, key metrics, and
achievements for review by the Sales Manager and senior management.

- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
