Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to oversee our sales processes, lead management, and sales coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, maintaining the CRM system, distributing leads to the sales team, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Additionally, they will collaborate with sales representatives, gather feedback from customers and partners, and contribute to sales strategy development based on insights. The Sales Operations Manager will monitor lead metrics, provide regular reports to the management team, and stay updated with industry trends to optimize lead management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming leads through various channels (emails, calls, website inquiries, etc.).
  2. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
  3. Distribute leads promptly and effectively to the sales team.
  4. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
  5. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure leads are pursued effectively.
  6. Communicate with customers and channel partners to gather feedback on products and services.
  7. Assist in creating sales strategies based on customer and partner feedback.
  8. Monitor and track lead metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead management strategies.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on lead management activities to the management team.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead management and sales coordination.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 4 years of experience in sales operations, lead management, or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proven track record of driving results and optimizing sales processes.
  8. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
